By accessing or using cabinexwholesale.com (the "Site"), including the 3D Planner
(/planner) and any shared design links opened through the 3D Viewer, you agree
to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Accounts and access
Some parts of the Site, including the 3D Planner, require a registered account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. CabineX Wholesale may suspend or terminate access for any account used in violation of these Terms.
2. Ownership of the Site and its tools
The Site's software, source code, design tools (including the 3D Planner and 3D Viewer), product catalog data, pricing, cabinet schema and geometry data, and all associated text, graphics, and layout are the property of CabineX Wholesale or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of the foregoing to you.
3. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to, and not to assist or permit any third party to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying structure, or data models of the Site or its tools, including the 3D Planner and 3D Viewer;
- copy, clone, mirror, "scrape," or otherwise reproduce the Site, its tools, its catalog or pricing data, or any substantial part of them, for use in a competing product or service;
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with any authentication, access control, or other security feature of the Site;
- use automated means (bots, crawlers, scripts) to access, index, or extract data from the Site beyond what is permitted by robots.txt;
- remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice on the Site.
Violation of this section is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account and access, in addition to any other remedies available to CabineX Wholesale at law or in equity.
4. Designs, quotations, and shared links
Layouts you create in the 3D Planner and any quotations generated from them are provided for planning purposes and do not constitute a binding order until confirmed separately with CabineX Wholesale. Share links generated by the Planner are intended for viewing by people you choose to send them to; do not use them to build a competing catalog or pricing dataset.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CabineX Wholesale does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that dimensions and renderings produced by the 3D Planner will be free of measurement or rendering error.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CabineX Wholesale will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
7. Changes to these Terms
CabineX Wholesale may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
